Meet Sam Parker

Sam brings a rare combination of public service, real-world construction experience, and real estate expertise to every home Parker Homes build.

Before entering the homebuilding world full-time, Sam spent nearly two decades in public service, serving in law enforcement and later as an elected official for eight years. His career was defined by responsibility, integrity, and accountability—values that continue to guide how he builds homes and works with families today. After being shot in the line of duty, Sam gained a deeper appreciation for stability, safety, and building things that truly matter.

Sam's Journey

Sam built his first home in 2005, long before Parker Homes was formed. From 2005 through 2021, he was hands-on in new construction, remodels, and residential maintenance, learning firsthand how homes are built and function long-term. That experience shaped his belief that quality craftsmanship, proper planning, and honest communication are non-negotiable. In 2022, Sam shifted his focus in construction to building new homes, which is his passion and what he enjoys most.

In 2014, Sam earned his real estate license, adding another critical layer to his understanding of the homebuilding process. He knows how homes are evaluated, financed, appraised, and lived in—not just built. Today, Sam and his team also operate a real estate brokerage, to provide clients with a seamless, informed journey whether they’re building, buying, or selling.

Our Story

Having worked across public service, construction, and real estate, Sam has truly “seen it all.” That perspective allows him to guide clients with clarity, transparency, and confidence—treating every home as if it were his own and every client like a neighbor, not a transaction.

Meet Tina Cebrynski

Tina Cebrynski is an integral part of the Parker Homes team, bringing years of real estate experience and a proven entrepreneurial background to every client interaction. She has successfully built and owned multiple businesses from the ground up and has extensive experience working for a title company as well as serving as a Sales Manager overseeing a team of agents for one of the largest regional builders in the area. At Parker Homes, Tina manages sales, guides clients through design coordination for custom builds, and works closely with customers to help them find the right property to meet their needs. As the primary point of contact during the early stages of the process, Tina is dedicated to building trust, providing clear guidance, and ensuring each client’s experience is seamless from start to finish.

Team Bio – Jessica & Tina

Jessica and Tina bring hands-on new construction experience to every Parker Homes client, serving as trusted guides throughout the build process. With backgrounds rooted in builder-focused real estate, they understand the importance of clear communication, timelines, and attention to detail when building a home from the ground up.

Working closely with Parker Homes, they assist buyers from lot selection and contract execution through design selections and key construction milestones. Their behind-the-scenes understanding of pricing, upgrades, permitting, and build schedules allows them to help manage expectations and support a smooth, efficient experience for both the builder and the buyer.

Together, Jessica and Tina are committed to creating a well-organized, informed, and positive building experience from start to finish.
